The 2,800-square-feet space, on the corner of 4th and Long Bridge Streets, will have a coffee and espresso bar, as well as a full menu with beer and wine next door in a smaller space called Cafe Réveille. The casual cafe will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with seasonal offerings and in-house baked desserts and pastries. You can expect a few similar items to the other stores, but the menu (especially dinner) will be much larger.

The part the brothers are most excited about, though, is that this spot will also serve as Réveille’s roasting headquarters — marking the first time the company is roasting its own coffee — and employee training lab. Down the road the space will host courses and public cuppings (a.k.a. tastings), too.
